Surveillance de copropriétés

La vidéosurveillance en copropriété consiste à installer un système de caméras de surveillance visant à sécuriser les parties communes dans un immeuble comportant plusieurs logements gérés en copropriété. Parfois, il peut s’agir également de permettre aux co-propriétaires de sécuriser l’entrée au bâtiment par l’usage d’une caméra avec haut-parleur et micro intégrés ou d’un visiophone placé à l’extérieur à côté des sonnettes.
